These terms apply to every order placed on doussotwatches.com. The store is operated by Montres Doussot inc. (Doussot Watches inc.), Québec enterprise number (NEQ) 1181217200, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Québec, Canada ("Doussot Watches", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@doussotwatches.com.

1. Presale orders

At this time, ŌNAMI is offered in presale. Presale orders are part of our first production run, with estimated delivery in May 2027. Each variant is limited to 50 pieces, shared between our Kickstarter backers and this store. Every watch of this run is engraved FOUNDER EDITION on the caseback and numbered n/50 within its variant. Kickstarter backers choose their numbers first; the remaining numbers are assigned in order of purchase. You may request a number by email to contact@doussotwatches.com; we will do our best to honour it but cannot guarantee it.

Sections 2, 4 and 5 apply to presale orders. Once a model is in stock, its product page will say so, and the deposit option, the balance invoice and the presale cancellation schedule no longer apply to new orders of that model.

2. Payment options (presale)

• Pay in full: the full price is charged when you order. Full-payment orders receive a NATO strap in a matching colour, at no charge.
• Reserve with a 35% deposit: 35% of the price is charged when you order. The balance is invoiced by email on March 15, 2027 and is payable within 14 days of the invoice.

If the balance is not paid, we will send two reminders. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the invoice date, the order is cancelled and the deposit is refunded minus the cancellation fee described in section 5.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency at the exchange rate in effect when you order. The balance of a deposit order is invoiced in the same currency as the original order, and its amount is the balance shown at the time of your order. For Canadian addresses, GST/HST and QST are charged on the deposit and on the balance. Import duties and taxes outside Canada are described in our Shipping policy.

4. Estimated delivery (presale)

Estimated delivery is May 2027. This is an estimate: production schedules can change. We will keep you informed of the production progress and of any change to the estimated date.

5. Cancellation before shipping (presale)

Cancel your order. You can cancel by writing to contact@doussotwatches.com:

• Until March 15, 2027: you are refunded the amount paid minus a CA$100 fee (taxes included).
• From March 16, 2027 until shipping: you are refunded the amount paid minus 20% of the watch price. This covers restocking, card processing fees and administration, as your watch has been produced and reserved for you.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.

Prefer another model instead of cancelling? Until your watch ships, you can switch to any other ŌNAMI of this production run at no fee, subject to availability (each variant is limited to 50 pieces). If you choose a higher-priced model, you pay the difference; if you choose a lower-priced model, we refund the difference, minus the card processing fees on that amount.

6. Our right to cancel

We may cancel an order if we cannot produce the watch, if we cannot insure shipping to your destination, or in case of suspected fraud or an error in price or description. In these cases you receive a full refund, without any fee.

7. Product specifications

Photos of prototypes and renders are representative of the final product; small variations in colour, finish and texture are normal for hand-finished dials and cases. If we must change a component (for example the movement) for one of equal or better specification, we will inform you before your watch ships. If a change materially affects the watch you ordered, you may cancel for a full refund.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and the warranty are described in our Refund policy.

9. Use of the website

All content on this website (text, photos, designs, logos) belongs to Doussot Watches and may not be reproduced without permission. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
