Free insured shipping

Every ŌNAMI ships free, insured and tracked from Canada to the countries offered at checkout. Estimated delivery is May 2027; you will receive a tracking number by email when your watch ships.

Taxes and duties

Canada: GST/HST and QST are calculated at checkout. No import duties.
United States: we are working on the best DDP (duties prepaid) solution for our US customers and will inform every customer of the solution chosen well before the watches ship.
Other countries: import VAT, duties and carrier fees may be charged by your country on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we inform you otherwise before shipping.

Your country is not offered at checkout?

Address changes

You can update your shipping address at any time before your watch ships by writing to us. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct; couriers need a phone number for customs and delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments

All shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos of the parcel and the watch) and we will handle the claim with the carrier and repair or replace your watch.
